What is your return policy?

Must notify us WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving the package. Must be returned in original packaging,not played,and shipped back within 3 business days. Items returned without communication from the seller will not be considered.Item's are inspected prior to refund .Refunds subject to a restocking fee that varies per item. Buyers pay return shipment fee. Sellers policy's are subject to change based on unique or un described circumstances.

What is if my item is received damaged?

If you purchased insurance, a claim will be placed with the shipping company and we will ship another item to you. If any other circumstance comes up please email us we are very eager to please our customers.
